S. Sunil Kumar

Managing Director, Yeskay Group
A civil engineering graduate and Chartered Engineer (Institution of Engineers, India), Mr. S. Sunil Kumar is the visionary founder of the Yeskay Group. Coming from a humble middle-class background, he started the company in 1988 with zero assets and a strong will to build something meaningful. What began with small residential projects and occasional government contracts has grown steadily into a trusted name in the industry, now a ₹40 crore enterprise with a reputation for excellence, attracting major corporate clients across Kerala. His grounded leadership and decades of experience continue to guide the group forward with purpose and integrity.

Arjun S. Kumar

General Manager, Yeskay Group
A postgraduate in Programme and Project Management from the University of Warwick (UK) and a civil engineering graduate from SRM University, Arjun S. Kumar brings a fresh and forward-thinking approach to Yeskay. He firmly believes that no technology can surpass the power of the human mind, because only people can truly think outside the box. Known for his ability to turn bold ideas into engineering realities, Arjun has been an active force in the company’s growth since 2016 as a Managing Partner. He is an Associate Member of the Institution of Engineers (India) and a Member of the Indian Concrete Institute.
